Instructor Tips

A few from the pros...
Pretend like it's a picnic and bring drinks, snacks, (maybe a cooler with ice) and a chair to the range. When you have "your stuff" on the range, you'll feel more relaxed.
- Kim

Relax! Relax!! Relax!!!
- Debbie

Get plenty of rest so that your mind is fresh and come willing to learn.
- Christopher L.

Put all of your gear, directions, etc. in the car the night before. And double check your list from us.
- David

Wear bright clothes, long sleeve T instead of jacket during hot, hot days, sun block and cover for your neck.
- Tanya

Have Fun! Life is AWESOME! We’re riding motorcycles – pronounced "motorsicles".
- Debbie

Come to class prepared for a learning experience like no other you've had.
- Walter

Give yourself permission to make mistakes, work at your own pace, and have fun!
- Jim V.

If you aren't sure about the boots, bring more than one pair. You can always change during a break.
- David

Relax and ask questions. You paid good money for this class, get as much out of it as you can and enjoy!
- Debbie

Ride a bicycle before class, bring chairs, drinks, no large gloves. No large heeled shoes.
- Jim G.

Come to class and the range relaxed (i.e. without angst). You should measure your success as an individual and not compare performance to your classmates who come with various levels of experience.
- Phil P.

My favorite quote “whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right”
- Debbie

Plan on coming to have fun and learn, not concentrate so much on the evaluations part of the course. While there, try not to over think everything!!!
- Mike G.

Stay around your Instructors during breaks and ask questions.
- David

Use your common sense and be prepared for any kind of weather. Relax and come with the attitude to have a good time of learning fun.
- Christopher L. the 2nd

Live Life…Learn to Ride! Life is Awesome!!!
- Debbie

Come rested.
- Phil P.

Don't make plans to go out the night between class days. You will be tired and need a good nights rest before the last day.
- David

Before coming into the classroom, make yourself believe that you can learn to ride a motorcycle.
- Walter

Come; have fun; learn a new passion.
- Debbie
